The central question in any acquisition is the following one central theme: “How does this affect me?” It doesn’t matter who the stakeholders are, i.e. employees, stockholders, customers, managers, suppliers, the community at large, and so forth. The bottom line is everybody wants to know how it affects them. To not answer that question is to leave yourself open for attack from every quadrant.
